The information is also based on Recommendation N° 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered by a Group established from Article 29 of the directive N° 95/46/CE, adopted on May 17, 2001 to establish minimum requirements for collecting personal data online, and in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to a web page, independent of the purpose of that connecting.

The Data Owner
Following the use of the website, there can be data relative to identified or identifiable persons. The “owner” of their treatment is “iVision Srl”, with headquarters in Via Mercadante, 14 – 47841 Cattolica (RN).

Data Managers
As previewed in the information of Article 13, paragraph 1 – letter f of the Legislative decree of June 30, 2003, N°196 “When the owner has designated data managers they must be indicated on the site of the communication network or be written the methods by which it is easily accessed the updated list of those managers”. To comply with these regulations, there is an available, updated list of the data managers. Place of data treatment
The treatment connected to the website’s services takes place at the office of the Owner and are handled only by technical staff, or others in charge of occasional maintenance of these operations. No data from the website is communicated or spread. The personal information provided by users who request informative materials are utilized only to perform the service or provision requested and is not disclosed to third parties. The provision of personal data and their consent to treatment is necessary to be able to use the services offered. The lack of consensus or the subsequent withdrawal involves the cancellation of the request and the consequent cancellation of the services offered by the site.

Rights of interested parties

Those whose personal data is collected have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know the content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction (article 7 of Legislative Decree N°196/2003 – quoted in full). Pursuant to this article shall have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment. The request may be submitted to the data controller using the above references. In relation to the treatment described above, the user may exercise the rights under Article 7 of Law Decree N°196/2003, of which we give below the text in full:

1. The interested have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, exist and their communication in intelligible form.

2. The interested have the right to obtain information: at the origin of personal data;

  • b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form and the blocking of processed data in violation with the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  • c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards to their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except where such compliance is impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right

4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:

  • a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
  • b) to the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication
