HEPA FILTER

HEPA steht für „High Efficiency Particulate Air“. Es handelt sich um einen Hocheffizienzfilter mit einem besonders hohen Filtrierungsgrad für Flüssigkeiten oder Gase. Dieser Filter besitzt die Fähigkeit eine besonders hohe Anzahl an besonders kleinen Partikeln zu fassen. Kleine Partikeln, die bei anderen Filterklassen durchgelassen würden. Es gibt verschiedene Filterkategorien (L/M/H) und verschiedene HEPA Kategorien, die je nach abzusaugendem Material effizienter sind. Der HEPA Filter besteht aus filtrierenden Blättern aus Mikrofasern (allgemein Borosilikat), bestehend aus mehreren Schichten und getrennt durch Aluminiumscheidewände. Diese Blätter haben die Aufgabe die kleinen gefährlichen Partikel zu blockieren. Diese kleinen Partikel sind gefährlich für die Gesundheit und können auch die Qualität des Endprodukts beeinflussen. Die HEPA Filter sind Teil der sogenannten “Absoluten Filter”, das bedeutet, dass diese Art von Filtern einen sehr hohen Grad an Filtrierungseffizien besitzen. Was die HEPA Filter betrifft, so haben diese eine Effizienz der Filtrierung zwischen 85% (H10) und 99,995% (H14). Der Filtrierungsgrad der kleinen Partikel von 0,3 µm, wird von der Richtlinie UNI EN 1822 geregelt. -

HEPA is the acronym used for the definition “High Efficiency Particulate Air”. It ‘a kind of filter for vacuum cleaner with a particular system of filtering with high efficiency for fluid, liquid or gas. It has the ability to trap a very high amount of particles of very small size, ability that other filters for vacuum cleaners do not have. Indeed, there are different categories of filters (L / M / H), and different categories of HEPA filters, that has made according to the material more efficient to inhale. The HEPA filter is composed from microfiber filter sheets (generally borosilicate) assembled in multiple layers, and separated by aluminum septa. The microfiber filter sheets have the task to block the polluting solid particles (or particulate). The solid particles are very small and can be harmful to health or may affect the quality of the final product to be obtained. HEPA filters are part of the category of the “absolute filters”, justified by the fact that these filters have a high efficiency of filterign. In particular, HEPA filters introduce an efficiency of filtering between 85% (H10) and 99.995% (H14). The filtration efficiency of particles of 0.3 µm, is regulated by the UNI EN 1822. -

Tecnologia compatta, potente e costruita per durare nel tempo. Così si presenta l’inverter di frequenza che regola e gestisce le prestazioni degli aspiratori di Ivision. L’inverter gestisce di fatto il normale lavoro delle turbine o interviene in maniera istantanea in tutte le possibili emergenze che si possono presentare aumentando o diminuendo gli RPM dei motori al fine di garantire all’impianto le stesse prestazioni per le quali è stato installato. Può per esempio succedere che in caso di rottura di una turbina o intasamento del filtro la potenza dell’aspirazione venga ridotta ed è proprio in quel momento che i sensori abilitano l’inverter ad aumentare i giri del motore al fine di compensare tale perdita di potenza. Tutto ciò previene da eventuali fermi produzione o dal danneggiamento dei pezzi in lavorazione quando si tratta di impianti connessi a fabbriche. Oltre a garantire le prestazioni dell’impianto riesce ad ottimizzare i consumi elettrici monitorando per esempio nel caso di un impianto per macchine utensili quali stiano veramente lavorando e quali no regolando il consumo di tutto l’impianto al minimo necessario. È dotato di una incomparabile affidabilità e semplicità d’uso ed è programmabile per eseguire anche le operazioni più complesse, oltretutto è progettato affinché l’aria della ventilazione non venga a contatto con l’elettronica. -
