Filter cleaning with a pneumatic piston requires being connected to an air adapter from 6-8 bar and via a pressure regulator that can vary the intensity of the sliding of the piston. • To effectively clean the filters mounted inside the vacuum, the vertical piston filter cleaning system was developed. Through a manual selector (semiautomatic solution) or by a timer (automatic version) a pneumatic piston acts from the bottom of the filter, shaking it intensely in a way that ensures that the chips or the dust transferred to the outside of the filter fall into the collection tank, permitting in this way the continued optimal functioning of the filter. • Vertical piston cleaning of the filter is recommended for any type of application, as it significantly improves the cleaning of the filter compared to the vibrating motor standard version. • Vertical piston cleaning of the filter, especially in its automatic version, becomes mandatory in the suctioning of fine dust that can clog the filter rapidly. In the case of large and heavy chips, this system is not mandatory, but for light or volatile material, yes! • The principal advantage of this system comes from the greater efficiency in the incisiveness of the shaking of the filter with a piston. Another advantage is the use of this system in its automatic version, shaking the filter every time that the motor is turned off, eliminating the typical problem of the reliability of the operator, who usually has to remember to turn on the cleaning of the filter. -

Le convertisseur gère en effet le travail habituel des turbines ou se déclenche instantanément lors de toutes les situations d'urgence pouvant apparaître en augmentant ou en réduisant le régime de tours des moteurs afin de garantir à l'installation les performances pour lesquelles il a été installé. Il peut par exemple arriver que, en cas de rupture d'une turbine ou d'encrassement du filtre, la puissance de l'aspiration se réduise ; c'est à ce moment-là que les capteurs mettent en service le convertisseur pour augmenter les tours du moteur afin de compenser cette perte. Tout cela prévient les éventuels arrêts de production ou la détérioration des pièces en cours de travail dans le cas d'installations reliées à des usines. Il garantit les performances de l'installation, mais parvient aussi à optimiser les consommations d'électricité en surveillant, par exemple, dans le cas d'une installation pour machines-outils, celles qui sont vraiment en train de travailler et celles qui ne travaillent pas, en réglant la consommation de toute l'installation au minimum nécessaire. Strongly recommended whenever possible, the pre-filter is positioned between the vacuum and the chip-generating machine, as the first point of collection of the collected material. It is specially used to preserve the life of the filter inside the vacuum unit. It retains most of the collected material and can have a cone or cylindric shape and serves as a mechanical filter. Through a tangential entry the collected material is centrifuged into its interior until its speed gradually decreases and the material gradually falls to the bottom of the collecting unit due to the force of gravity. Such a process ensures that only a relatively low percentage of collected dust or chips manages to actually reach the real filter positioned in the upper part of the vacuum cleaner. The cyclonic pre-filter can be combined with a: • 160 L tank • 500 L tank • 1000 L tank The cyclonic pre-filter becomes almost mandatory for fine or very fine powders, which are very likely to clog the filter quickly, compromising the smooth operation of the entire system, but are only recommended for large, heavy chips. The main advantage of the cyclonic pre-filter is to protect the filter of the vacuum cleaner from quickly clogging, thus extending its life before replacement and significantly reducing the maintenance of the entire system. -

Die pneumatische Filterreinigung mit einem Kolben ist jedes Mal einzusetzen, wenn die normale Reinigung sich auf Grund der Beschaffenheit oder des Umfangs des abgesaugten Stoffes (z.B Feinstaub) als nicht wirksam erweist. • Das Filterreinigungssystem mit Vertikalkolben wurde entwickelt, um die Filter wirksam zu reinigen, die in den Absaugern installiert sind. Durch einen Schalter (halbautomatische Version) oder einen Timer (vollautomatische Version) kann der pneumatische Kolben betätigt warden und den Boden des Filters intensiv schütteln, damit die Späne und der Staub, die sich außerhalb des Filters abgelagert haben, in das Auffangbecken fallen und einen optimalen Betrieb des Filters ermöglichen. • Das Filterreinigungssystem mit Vertikalkolben ist für alle Absaugmodelle empfohlen, weil es die Filterreinigung im Vergleich zu der normalen Version des Rüttelmotors beachtlich verbessert. • Die vollautomatische Version des Filterreinigungssystem mit Vertikalkolben wird im Fall von leichten und flüchtigen Stoffen bzw Feinstäuben obligatorisch, da sie beim Absaugen schnell den Filter verstopfen könnten. Sollten dagegen große und schwere Späne abgesaugt werden, ist dieses System nicht obligatorisch. • Der Hauptvorteil dieses Reinigungssystems ist durch eine höhere Leistungsfähigkeit und Wirksamkeit des Filterschüttelns durch einen Kolben gegeben. Die vollautomatische Version des Systems stellt einen weiteren Vorteil dar: Jedes Mal, wenn der Absaugmotor ausgeschalten wird, braucht der Bediener sich nicht daran zu erinnern, die Filterreinigung zu betätigen: So löst man das Problem der Zuverlässigkeit des Bedieners. -

FILTRE HEPA

HEPA est l'acronyme de "High Efficiency Particulate Air". Il s'agit d'un type de filtre pour aspirateur avec un système particulier de filtration à hautes performances pour fluides ou gaz. Il a la capacité de piéger une très grande quantité de particules de très petites dimensions, capacité que d'autres filtres pour aspirateur n'ont pas. Il existe en effet différentes catégories de filtres (L/ M/ H) et différentes catégories de filtres HEPA, avec meilleur rendement en fonction du matériel à aspirer. L'HEPA est un filtre pour aspirateur composé de feuillets filtrants en microfibre (en général en borosilicate) assemblés en plusieurs couches, et séparés par des cloisons en aluminium. Les feuillets ont pour fonction d'arrêter les particules solides polluantes (ou particules). Les particules solides sont très petites et peuvent nuire à la santé ou atteindre à la qualité du produit fini que l'on souhaite obtenir. Les filtres HEPA appartiennent à la catégorie des ainsi-nommés « filtres absolus », car ces filtres ont une haute capacité de filtration. Les filtres HEPA présentent en particulier une capacité de filtration comprise entre 85 % (H10) et 99,995 % (H14). La capacité de filtration des particules de 0,3 µm est régie par les normes UNI EN 1822. -

HEPA è l’acronimo utilizzato per la definizione “High Efficiency Particulate Air”. E’ un tipo di filtro per aspiratore con un particolare sistema di filtrazione ad elevata efficienza per fluidi, liquidi o gas. Ha la capacità di intrappolare una quantità molto elevata di particelle di dimensioni molto ridotte, capacità che altri filtri per aspiratori non hanno. Ci sono infatti diverse categorie di filtri (L/ M/ H), e diverse categorie di filtri HEPA, che hanno resa più efficiente a seconda del materiale da aspirare. HEPA è un filtro per aspiratore composto da foglietti filtranti in microfibra (generalmente in borosilicato) assemblati in più strati, e separati da setti in alluminio. I foglietti filtranti hanno il compito di bloccare le particelle solide inquinanti (o particolato). Le particelle solide sono molto piccole e possono risultare nocive per la salute o possono pregiudicare la qualità del prodotto finale che si desidera ottenere. I filtri HEPA fanno parte della categoria dei cosiddetti “filtri assoluti”, giustificato dal fatto che tali filtri hanno una elevata efficienza di filtrazione. In particolare, i filtri HEPA presentano un’efficienza di filtrazione compresa tra l’85% (H10) e il 99,995% (H14). L’efficienza di filtrazione delle particelle di 0.3 µm, è regolata dalle norme UNI EN 1822. -

HEPA steht für „High Efficiency Particulate Air“. Es handelt sich um einen Hocheffizienzfilter mit einem besonders hohen Filtrierungsgrad für Flüssigkeiten oder Gase. Dieser Filter besitzt die Fähigkeit eine besonders hohe Anzahl an besonders kleinen Partikeln zu fassen. Kleine Partikeln, die bei anderen Filterklassen durchgelassen würden. Es gibt verschiedene Filterkategorien (L/M/H) und verschiedene HEPA Kategorien, die je nach abzusaugendem Material effizienter sind. Der HEPA Filter besteht aus filtrierenden Blättern aus Mikrofasern (allgemein Borosilikat), bestehend aus mehreren Schichten und getrennt durch Aluminiumscheidewände. Diese Blätter haben die Aufgabe die kleinen gefährlichen Partikel zu blockieren. Diese kleinen Partikel sind gefährlich für die Gesundheit und können auch die Qualität des Endprodukts beeinflussen. Die HEPA Filter sind Teil der sogenannten “Absoluten Filter”, das bedeutet, dass diese Art von Filtern einen sehr hohen Grad an Filtrierungseffizien besitzen. Was die HEPA Filter betrifft, so haben diese eine Effizienz der Filtrierung zwischen 85% (H10) und 99,995% (H14). Der Filtrierungsgrad der kleinen Partikel von 0,3 µm, wird von der Richtlinie UNI EN 1822 geregelt. -

HEPA is the acronym used for the definition “High Efficiency Particulate Air”. It ‘a kind of filter for vacuum cleaner with a particular system of filtering with high efficiency for fluid, liquid or gas. It has the ability to trap a very high amount of particles of very small size, ability that other filters for vacuum cleaners do not have. Indeed, there are different categories of filters (L / M / H), and different categories of HEPA filters, that has made according to the material more efficient to inhale. The HEPA filter is composed from microfiber filter sheets (generally borosilicate) assembled in multiple layers, and separated by aluminum septa. The microfiber filter sheets have the task to block the polluting solid particles (or particulate). The solid particles are very small and can be harmful to health or may affect the quality of the final product to be obtained. HEPA filters are part of the category of the “absolute filters”, justified by the fact that these filters have a high efficiency of filterign. In particular, HEPA filters introduce an efficiency of filtering between 85% (H10) and 99.995% (H14). The filtration efficiency of particles of 0.3 µm, is regulated by the UNI EN 1822. -

Tecnologia compatta, potente e costruita per durare nel tempo. Così si presenta l’inverter di frequenza che regola e gestisce le prestazioni degli aspiratori di Ivision. L’inverter gestisce di fatto il normale lavoro delle turbine o interviene in maniera istantanea in tutte le possibili emergenze che si possono presentare aumentando o diminuendo gli RPM dei motori al fine di garantire all’impianto le stesse prestazioni per le quali è stato installato. Può per esempio succedere che in caso di rottura di una turbina o intasamento del filtro la potenza dell’aspirazione venga ridotta ed è proprio in quel momento che i sensori abilitano l’inverter ad aumentare i giri del motore al fine di compensare tale perdita di potenza. Tutto ciò previene da eventuali fermi produzione o dal danneggiamento dei pezzi in lavorazione quando si tratta di impianti connessi a fabbriche. Oltre a garantire le prestazioni dell’impianto riesce ad ottimizzare i consumi elettrici monitorando per esempio nel caso di un impianto per macchine utensili quali stiano veramente lavorando e quali no regolando il consumo di tutto l’impianto al minimo necessario. È dotato di una incomparabile affidabilità e semplicità d’uso ed è programmabile per eseguire anche le operazioni più complesse, oltretutto è progettato affinché l’aria della ventilazione non venga a contatto con l’elettronica. -

Au moyen d'un sélecteur (solution semi-automatique) ou d'un temporisateur (solution automatique), un piston pneumatique agit sur le fond du filtre, en l'agitant fortement, de sorte que les copeaux ou la poussière accumulés à l'extérieur du filtre tombent dans le réservoir de collecte, en permettant ainsi au filtre de fonctionner de façon optimale. • Le nettoyage du filtre avec le piston vertical est conseillé pour tout type d'application, puisqu'il améliore nettement la propreté du filtre, par rapport à la version standard du moteur vibrant. • Le nettoyage du filtre avec le piston vertical, notamment en version automatique, devient obligatoire quand il est question d'extraire des poussières, même fines, qui risquent d'encrasser rapidement le filtre. En cas de copeaux gros et lourds, ce système n'est pas obligatoire, alors qu'il l'est pour les matériaux légers et volatils. • Le principal avantage de ce système de nettoyage vient de la plus grande efficacité d'agitation du filtre avec un piston. Autre avantage : l'utilisation de ce système en version automatique ; en secouant le filtre à chaque arrêt du moteur, le problème de la fatigabilité de l'opérateur est éliminé, car celui-ci devrait sinon penser à lancer le nettoyage du filtre. -

Par une entrée tangentielle, le matériel aspiré est centrifugé à l'intérieur de manière à ce que, en augmentant sa vitesse, il se sépare de l'air aspiré. Ainsi, le matériau libéré de l'air tombe par gravité à l'intérieur du réservoir de collecte tandis que l'air, ayant subi un premier stade d'épuration, est aspiré à travers les filtres. Specialmente utilizzati per preservare la durata del filtro all'interno dell'unità aspirante. Trattiene la maggior parte del materiale aspirato, può avere la forma conica o cilindrica e serve come un filtro meccanico. La pulizia del filtro a pistone pneumatico deve essere collegata ad un raccordo dell'aria da 6-8 bar e tramite un regolatore di pressione può variare l'intensità dello scorrimento del pistone. • Per pulire efficacemente i filtri montati sull' aspiratore, è stato sviluppato il cosiddetto sistema di pulizia del filtro pistone verticale. Tramite un selettore manuale (soluzione semiautomatica) o tramite un temporizzatore (versione automatica), un pistone pneumatico agisce sul fondo del filtro, agitandolo in modo intenso, facendo sì che i trucioli o la polvere depositate all'esterno del filtro, cadano nel contenitore di raccolta permettendo così al filtro un funzionamento ottimale. • La pulizia del filtro con il pistone verticale è consigliata per qualsiasi tipo di applicazione, poiché migliora sensibilmente la pulizia del filtro, rispetto alla versione standard del motore vibrante. • La pulizia del filtro con il pistone verticale, specialmente nella sua versione automatica, diviene obbligatorio, quando si tratta di estrarre polveri, anche fini, che possono intasare rapidamente il filtro. In caso di trucioli grandi e pesanti questo sistema non è obbligatorio, mentre lo è per materiali leggeri e volatili. • Il vantaggio principale di questo sistema di pulizia è dato dalla maggiore efficienza in incisività dello scuotimento del filtro con un pistone. Un ulteriore vantaggio è l'uso di questo sistema in versione automatica, scuotendo il filtro ogni volta che il motore viene spento, elimina il problema tipico dell'affidabilità dell'operatore, che invece dovrebbe ricordarsi di accendere la pulizia del filtro. -

ZYKLONISCHER VORABSCHEIDER

iVision rät seinen Kunden, besonders bei Späne und Staubabsaugung den zyklonischen Vorabscheider zu Verwenden. Dieser wird zwischen dem Absauger und der Bearbeitungsstelle an der die Späne entstehen positioniert und dient dazu den Filter vor der Verschmutzung schűtzen. Durch eine tangentiale Őffnung erfolgt eine Zentrifugalkraft, die bewirkt dass sich die abgesaugten Späne bzw. der Staub in den Behälter des Zyklons festsetzen, während die abgesaugte Luft weiter in den Absauger geleitet wird. Dieser Prozess bewirkt dass nur eine minimale Menge an Staub an den Filter gelangt und verlängert somit die Lebensdauer des Filters deutlich und garantiert eine konstante Effizienz der Absaugung.
